Generation of abrasion powder due to long-term use
Removal of contacts in drive components
- Enlarge the lower end of the taper joint that supports the hollow shaft.
- The drive parts are supported only by ceramic bearings, further reducing the generation of abrasion powder.
Holding the drive with ceramic bearings
The MG-6 series uses two small ceramic bearings to hold the internal drive components.
By widening the lower end of the tapered joint that is in contact with the hollow shaft, the drive unit is supported only by the ceramic bearing.
